Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state
- Strong experience working with K-12 students in a school setting
- Familiarity with IEPs and the ability to document student progress
- Adaptable to different caseload sizes depending on availability
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely records of interventions and student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student success
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary approach to student care
