Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with credentials valid for work in schools
- Previous experience supporting elementary-aged children preferred
- Strong understanding of school-based therapy approaches and IEP processes

- Ability to organize schedules and manage time across a diverse caseload
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for elementary students

- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to set measurable goals in IEP meetings
- Document progress, maintain student records, and communicate regularly with educators and families
