Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy preferred
- Comfortable with onsite or virtual/teletherapy (voco) modalities
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive OT services to students with a range of needs
- Conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Work closely with school staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom routines
- Support student goals related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and more
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational plans
