Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license and registration
- Experience working in school settings with K-12 students preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for fostering student growth and autonomy
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ functional abilities and develop personalized therapy plans tailored to their educational goals
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in individual and group settings
- Document progress and maintain compliance with all necessary reporting requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to provide integrated support
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development for student success
- Support students in achieving greater independence in school activities and daily routines
