Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Current OT license and certification required

- Strong understanding of IEP processes and school-based documentation
- Ability to develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise and measurable goals
- Educate staff and families on classroom strategies and carryover of skills
- Maintain precise, timely records in adherence to district requirements
- Manage a dynamic caseload and adapt to changing priorities in the school environment
