Desired Qualifications/Experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with active, valid credentials
- Experience (or strong interest) in school-based OT, particularly at the elementary level
- Ability to effectively manage a caseload across multiple buildings
- Skillful in adapting interventions for students with various needs
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with staff and families
- Organizational strengths for scheduling, documentation, and reporting
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly assess and deliver OT services to elementary students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans (IEPs/504s)
- Travel between multiple school locations as assigned
- Work closely with teachers and school teams to promote student access and engagement
- Track progress, maintain timely records, and submit required reports
- Participate in parent meetings, staff consultations, and professional development activities
