Qualifications & Background:
- Active and current Occupational Therapist license issued by the state of Minnesota is required
- Experience or interest in working within a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered care
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs and district guidelines
- Assess student needs and develop appropriate intervention plans
- Collaborate with faculty, families, and other professionals to support students’ educational goals
- Maintain accurate records and respond to administrative requirements in a timely manner
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of effective educational strategies
Additional Details:
- Virtual panel or 1:1 interviews are available for efficient decision-making
- The district will not provide direct OT-related supervision for CFY, assistant, or para roles
