Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct Occupational Therapy services to students from early childhood through grade 12
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs and student-specific intervention plans
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine students’ strengths and areas of need
- Maintain detailed documentation of progress, adhering to school and state guidelines
- Provide support and education to school staff and families regarding strategies for student success
- Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the developmental needs of varying age groups
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to an inclusive, supportive atmosphere for all learners
Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of Washington
- Experience or interest in working with early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school students
- Strong communication skills with educators, students, and families
- Skilled in adapting approaches for multiple age ranges, including K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Position Details:
- Contract runs January 2026 through June 2026
- Schedule: 30+ hours per week, Monday through Friday
