Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) through the Texas Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners (ECPTOTE)
- Experience in school-based or pediatric OT settings preferred
- Adaptable and flexible when serving students across all grade levels (K-12)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive OT services to a diverse caseload of K-12 students
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Evaluate and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
- Serve approximately 45–60 students, tailoring support according to service minutes and IEP requirements
