Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Ohio
- Current or obtainable ODE school credentials (as required)
- Demonstrated experience in pediatric or school-based OT settings
- Committed to 100% onsite service delivery
- Available for a minimum of 3 days per week—flexibility for additional days or full-time if desired
- Proactive communicator with a team-oriented mindset
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy aligned with IEP/ISP goals for K–8 students
- Provide plan oversight and clinical supervision for the onsite COTA
- Maintain thorough session notes and participate in required school-based progress reporting
- Foster a supportive, inclusive environment for students with learning differences and unique needs
