Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Oregon (or eligibility)
- Strong experience in school-based OT preferred
- Ability to organize services across multiple locations within a district

Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students throughout the district (grades PreK–12)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to foster student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary teams
