Qualifications:
- Hold an active Occupational Therapy license in California
- Experience providing OT services in schools, preferably with pediatric populations
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to varying caseload needs across sites
- Compassionate and resourceful approach to supporting students’ physical, social, and academic success
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs
- Deliver targeted therapy to improve fine motor, sensory integration, self-care, and access to curriculum
- Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to implement effective classroom strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings, document progress, and communicate goals and achievements to families and team members
- Flexibly split time and services between both assigned districts, adapting to changing needs throughout the school year
