Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy license in New Hampshire
- Experience or strong interest in providing school-based OT services
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working across both elementary and high school settings
- Comfort managing a K-12 caseload ranging from 30-40 students
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including students, teachers, and parents
- Commitment to professional ethics and student confidentiality
- Flexibility to respond to evolving needs within multiple schools
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for a dynamic caseload of students
- Deliver OT services to students in both elementary and high school, addressing a variety of developmental and functional needs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to integrate OT goals into the classroom
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
- Contribute actively to IEP meetings and interdisciplinary planning
