Desired Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with active credentials in Illinois
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Proficient in developing and implementing individual education plans (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of students’ abilities and challenges within the school environment
- Design and deliver tailored therapy sessions for students, both individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure that therapy goals align with students’ educational plans
- Participate in IEP meetings, documenting progress and making recommendations
- Provide training, resources, and support to school staff as needed
