- Enthusiasm for delivering therapy services within a dynamic educational environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to K-12 students in a school setting
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and collaborate with educators to support student success
- Provide recommendations for classroom modifications, assistive technology, and adaptive strategies
- Empower students to develop and strengthen the skills they need for daily academic activities and social participation
