- Comfort working onsite within dynamic educational environments
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 35 students
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students, fostering independence and participation in academic tasks
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the educational team
- Create and implement individualized interventions supporting fine motor, sensory processing, and self-help skills
- Provide clear documentation, progress notes, and participate actively in IEP meetings
- Serve as a resource for teachers, recommending classroom modifications and accommodations
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and goals
