- Effective communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students’ functional abilities within an educational setting
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students’ needs
- Deliver direct and consultative OT/COTA services according to IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with school staff and parents to monitor progress and adjust interventions
- Document sessions, progress, and outcomes in compliance with district policies and regulations
