Key Qualifications:
- Valid and current California Occupational Therapy License
- Previous school-based OT experience preferred but not required

Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional needs
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans supporting students’ IEPs and educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary school teams to promote student success
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with legal and organizational requirements
- Offer consultation, training, and resources to staff and parents as needed
- Adapt instructional materials and strategies for maximum student engagement and accessibility
