Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy licensure in California
- Experience providing OT services in school settings, preferably with elementary-age students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to assess student needs and create individualized intervention plans
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners in an educational environment
Essential Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to elementary students across two sites
- Complete thorough evaluations, develop treatment plans, and maintain progress documentation
- Work closely with teachers, special education teams, and families to foster student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative goal setting
- Provide recommendations for classroom adaptations and assistive devices as needed
