School Occupational Therapist - Westlake, Ohio

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services and interventions aligned with students’ IEPs
- Assess and document students’ functional abilities, develop specific therapy goals, and track progress
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents/guardians to integrate therapy into the broader academic environment
- Deliver both direct services and consultative support to ensure students achieve their fullest potential
- Contribute to ongoing team meetings and provide timely documentation per school and state requirements
- Adapt therapy plans in response to each student’s evolving needs
Work Details:
- 12 hours per week spread over 2-3 days
- Serving students across kindergarten through 8th grade
