Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in California
- Demonstrated experience working as a school-based OT
- Skilled in assessments, developing IEP goals, and providing direct therapy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for supporting children in their academic and personal development
Responsibilities:
- Provide OT services to an elementary school caseload for the fall semester
- Conduct assessments and facilitate interventions tailored to each student's unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings, document plans and progress, and maintain thorough records
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages student growth
