Occupational Therapist School Setting in Escondido, CA

Qualifications:
- Valid California Occupational Therapist license
- School-based OT experience preferred
- Flexibility to work with various age groups and sites

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy to students in elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support individualized educational plans
- Evaluate students’ motor and sensory needs and develop targeted strategies
- Adapt to supporting different schools as needed, especially during transitions
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to all regulatory guidelines
- Participate in school-based meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
This position is full time, onsite, and requires flexibility to move between school locations as the caseload evolves. The district offers collaboration with other professionals, and onboarding includes standard fingerprinting and contract processes. Interviews are conducted remotely with offers made swiftly.
