Desired Qualifications:
- Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Experience working with elementary-age students
- Certification required for school-based practice
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students, faculty, and parents
- Ability to work flexibly across different campuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to an assigned caseload of around 80 elementary students
- Evaluate student needs, develop treatment plans, and support individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers and other school professionals to integrate therapeutic interventions into the educational environment
- Track and document student progress, maintaining accurate and timely records
- Provide consultation and training to school staff and families as needed
