Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license required
- Previous experience as a school-based OT, working with K-12 students
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance
- Ability to assess, plan, and implement therapy for diverse student populations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Energetic, compassionate, and dedicated to student growth
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school teams to promote students’ academic and functional success
- Deliver targeted occupational therapy interventions in both individual and group settings
- Participate in development and review of IEPs and maintain thorough, accurate documentation
- Provide training and resources to staff and families to support student outcomes
