Key Qualifications:
- OT or COTA, licensed and active in California
- For COTAs: strong background and hands-on experience in pediatric settings required
- Ability to start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:
- Provide early intervention services through home visits (2 days per week)
- Deliver pediatric OT services in a clinic setting (3 days per week)
- Create and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
