Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active OT license in Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working in school-based settings is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, families, and staff
- Ability to organize and manage a diverse caseload
- Commitment to evidence-based interventions and individualized care plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct occupational therapy services to students with varying needs
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and special education staff to support student achievement and participation
- Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing program development
- Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with state regulations and district guidelines
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of best practices and innovative therapy strategies
