School Occupational Therapist - Everson, Washington

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credentials
- Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations
- Comfort with a variety of OT delivery models such as in-person, home-based, and teletherapy
- Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy plans
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working within educational teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative OT services to students, adhering to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Evaluate students’ functional abilities and develop targeted intervention plans
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to incorporate therapeutic strategies into the school day
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports for each student
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
- Flexibility to deliver services either onsite, in-home, or virtually as required
