- Current California OT license (or eligible for licensure)

- Understanding of IEP process and documentation
- Ability to adapt interventions to meet individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, counselors, and families
- Document progress clearly and maintain appropriate records as required by school and state regulations
- Attend IEP meetings, provide recommendations, and contribute to students' educational planning
- Educate staff and families on strategies to support student participation in the school environment
Working in this contract role, you’ll earn between $62 and $68 per hour, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
