Desired Qualifications:
- Valid California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Experience delivering OT services in PK-12 schools, including teletherapy
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Comfort supporting a varied age range (5-22 years)
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide direct and virtual OT services to students with diverse needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and consult with teachers, staff, and families
- Travel between assigned school locations as needed
- Document services and progress as required by district and state guidelines
