- Familiarity with IEP processes, documentation, and compliance requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to each student’s needs, with a caseload that may extend across multiple school sites
- Evaluate, develop, and implement treatment goals and intervention plans
- Utilize both in-person and virtual platforms to provide therapy, depending on school needs
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state standards
- Participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Option to engage in Extended School Year (ESY) services, offering additional continuity for eligible students
