Qualifications:
- Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
- Experience in school-based OT or pediatric OT (preferred)
- Teletherapy experience valued
- Ability to work with students from elementary through young adult (ages 5-22)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Credentialed OT candidates highly encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
- Deliver OT services in-person and/or via teletherapy to students across multiple schools
- Manage a diverse caseload and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy plans
- Document progress and provide regular updates to educational teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to special education programming
