Licensed Elementary School Occupational Therapist - Fallbrook, California

Qualifications and Experience:
- Active and current Occupational Therapist license
- Certification as an OT
- Experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably in a school setting
- Strong organizational skills to manage a varied caseload
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Ability to adapt to multiple school environments and work independently
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to elementary students, tailoring interventions to individual and group needs
- Assess students’ functional abilities and develop treatment plans
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare necessary reports
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
- Travel between multiple nearby elementary school sites as needed
