Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Michigan

- Adaptable, compassionate, and skilled communicator—able to deliver therapy in-home or via telehealth
- Proven ability to collaborate with families, caregivers, and other providers to create and implement therapy plans
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive OT assessments and individualized interventions to children ages birth to three in their homes
- Collaborate closely with families to foster functional skills through evidence-based practices
- Maintain timely documentation, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed
- Integrate best practices from school-based, healthcare, and teletherapy experiences
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and provide education to caregivers
