Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students to determine their functional levels and therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ participation in school activities
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, sessions, and progress notes
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, sharing professional recommendations
- Utilize creativity and problem-solving to enhance students' fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills
