Elementary Certified School Occupational Therapist - Fontana, California

Preferred Background and Skills:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license recognized by the state board
- Current OT certification
- Previous experience working in schools (elementary, middle, and high school preferred)

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work with students, staff, and families
- Ability to organize and manage a caseload of 50-55 students with varying needs
- Adaptability and creative problem-solving skills for diverse learning environments
Typical Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive OT assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students
- Collaborate with educators, counselors, and administrative staff to integrate OT supports within classroom settings
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and family communications
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in alignment with school and legal requirements
