Qualifications & Experience:
- Current FL Occupational Therapy license required
- Demonstrated experience in school, home health, or healthcare OT settings
- Previous supervision of COTAs preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site occupational therapy services to students as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Supervise and support COTAs as they serve their caseload
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards
