- Valid Occupational Therapy license
- Experience delivering OT in school settings (K-12)
- Proficient in fine and gross motor skill development
- Comfortable working with COTAs in team settings
- Capable of adapting services for in-person, home health, and teletherapy delivery
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive OT services to students across various age groups and abilities
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Support and collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and support personnel
- Supervise and contribute to the ongoing professional growth of COTAs
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Employ creativity and resourcefulness in therapy approaches across diverse learning environments
