Key Qualifications:
- Active ASHA certification and Colorado SLP license required
- Demonstrated experience as an Occupational Therapist in schools, healthcare, home health, or teletherapy
- Proficient in supporting both fine and gross motor skill development
- COTA collaboration experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Strong organization and adaptability in dynamic school environments
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and design individualized therapy plans
- Directly deliver OT services using evidence-based techniques
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into the classroom
- Document progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Offer consultative support for staff and caregivers to optimize student success across settings
