School Occupational Therapist - Franklin, Tennessee

Qualifications and Experience:
- Current OT license (or eligibility) for the state
- Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for student-centered therapy and advocacy
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop specialized intervention plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
- Monitor and document progress in accordance with IEP goals
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to foster optimal learning environments
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the planning of student services
