Occupational Therapist School Setting in Fremont, CA

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEPs, therapy documentation, and working with diverse student populations
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents
- Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services to students
- Assess, evaluate, and develop intervention plans aligned with students’ IEP goals
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining thorough records
- Consult and collaborate with educational staff to support student participation in school activities
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual sensory, motor, and functional needs
- Communicate progress and strategies effectively with families and school personnel
