Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid California Occupational Therapist license required.
- Previous experience working in school settings strongly preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and other providers.
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet students’ varying needs.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy sessions in accordance with students’ IEPs and educational goals.
- Assess, plan, and implement therapy for students with a variety of needs.
- Consult and collaborate with educational staff and families to support students’ success.
- Document services, progress, and maintain accurate records following school and district protocols.
- Adapt sessions and strategies based on ongoing evaluation and team feedback.
