Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapist licensure (required)
- School-based OT experience preferred
- Ability to balance multiple assignments and work collaboratively
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide OT services to assigned caseloads at designated schools
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, parents, and allied professionals
- Serve as a valuable second OT in established teams and deliver proportionate share services as assigned
- Document progress, support IEP meetings, and align therapy with academic goals
- Comply with start and end dates: ASAP through June 9 (or until the last required school day)
