This full-time contract position provides the opportunity to work across three elementary buildings, offering a diverse and engaging work environment where your expertise is truly valued. Required Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy licensure
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to effectively manage a varied caseload
- Collaborative and flexible approach to teamwork
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to elementary students, averaging 8–10 students daily, Monday through Thursday
- Rotate between three school locations, supporting different student needs
- Utilize Fridays for assessments, individualized testing, paperwork, and preparation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement individualized plans
- Keep accurate records, progress notes, and maintain necessary documentation to support student requirements
- Participate in team meetings and contribute professional insight to student interventions
