Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs for occupational therapy services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting student goals
- Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to ensure coordinated care
- Support students with fine and gross motor skill development, sensory processing, and daily life skills
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to progress monitoring and documentation
- Provide guidance and resources to staff and families to facilitate student progress
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation meeting school and regulatory requirements
