Desired qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy license in South Carolina
- Prior experience supporting pediatric populations or in school-based settings is strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, families, and other service professionals
- Flexibility and adaptability to support evolving student needs
Primary responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapeutic interventions and individualized support to students at the elementary level
- Develop and implement IEP goals, maintain detailed documentation, and communicate progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and consultation with staff and families
- Advocate for accommodations and adaptations that enable student participation and success in the school environment
- Organize schedules to meet the needs of multiple sites while maintaining high-quality service delivery
