Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Demonstrated experience providing OT in K-12 school settings
- Familiarity with assessments, developing goals, and implementing intervention plans within IEP frameworks
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students K-12 in alignment with IEP objectives
- Conduct assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary evaluations
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans to support student access to curriculum
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents to ensure integrated care
- Provide recommendations for classroom modifications, adaptive equipment, and sensory supports
