Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Experience delivering occupational therapy services in school settings (K-12 preferred)
- Understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs), documentation, and compliance in educational environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, families, and school personnel
- Ability to travel on-site and provide hands-on support to students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to K-12 students
- Collaborate with educators and staff to implement student-specific strategies in the classroom
- Support students’ goals related to fine motor skills, self-regulation, and classroom participation
- Maintain timely documentation and contribute to the IEP process
- Engage in team meetings and professional development as part of a multidisciplinary staff
