Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current Occupational Therapy license (OTR/L) valid in Oregon
- Previous experience in school or early childhood settings is preferred
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Commitment to cultivating a supportive, inclusive learning environment
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with preschool-aged children
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services and assessments for students ages 3-5
- Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Offer consultation and strategies for classroom adaptations and sensory needs
- Document progress and maintain records in compliance with school policies
- Partner with families to support carryover of skills at home
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings as needed
