Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and valid Occupational Therapy (OT) license required
- Background or strong interest in school-based occupational therapy
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably PreK–8th grade
- Ability to adapt interventions to a diverse student caseload
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for interacting with students, educators, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based OT interventions for students with varying needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to support student success in school settings
- Consult with educational staff and participate in team meetings to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Foster a nurturing environment that empowers students to reach their fullest potential
