- Provide direct therapy, consultation, and training to support functional independence in the classroom and school routines
- Maintain detailed records of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports in compliance with district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Adapt and modify therapy approaches as needed to meet student goals and maximize outcomes
