Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active OT licensure
- Background in school-based, healthcare, and/or home health Occupational Therapy
- Experience or strong interest in working with PreK–8th grade students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt OT strategies to varied learning and developmental needs
- Commitment to evidence-based and inclusive interventions
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct OT services to support student participation and success
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to integrate therapy into the school setting
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Document and report on evaluations, treatment, and progress in accordance with educational standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and special education processes as required
