Qualifications and Desired Background:

- Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy goal-setting for school-aged children
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and staff
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment for diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring for PreK-8th grade students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs and abilities
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom
- Consult with families to provide education and support regarding therapy activities and progress
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulations and school protocols
