This assignment runs from November 30, 2026, through April 2, 2027, with a consistent, full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. You’ll work on-site, collaborating closely with educators and related service providers to develop individualized intervention plans that help students meet their educational goals.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active South Carolina Occupational Therapy license (required)
- Previous experience providing OT services in a school setting strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
- Ability to communicate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Compassionate, adaptable, and committed to supporting diverse learners
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for students with various needs
- Deliver direct therapy services, monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as appropriate
- Collaborate with staff and families to provide insights and strategies for generalization of skills
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
